5. actually, I haven't heard it used in any commercial

my husband just got a Donovan CD and we played it yesterday in the car on the way to the protest.

Makes me sad to think it is in a commercial, because they will take out the most significant lines, just like they did with the Beatles song "Across the Universe". I always sing the "Jai Guru Deva" part when that commercial comes on.
