3 pm my time.
I couldn't sleep at all today-someone kept sounding the sirens all morning long, even though there was no severe weather.

that is awful. Hope you get some sleep today. Can someone pick up your daughter from pre school so you have some more rest?

And I will definitely cross my fingers for you tomorrow. That is 9pm my time, nothing else to do, I can sit in front of the TV with crossed fingers

I am staying there now and I stay in my little room w/ Callie until she leaves for work. I really don't come out until then-it's easier that way. Nothing is good enough when she is around-the reason why we don't get along too well.

122. Eventually.
I would prefer to move my daughter and myself out of Missouri (check out the MO forum for how bad MO is becoming). I can't because of child custody issues.
If I had my choice, we would be back East or maybe on the West Coast (really old friends in the East and family on the coast). At least she would get a decent public school education and would still have the right to make decisions for herself as she gets older, something that is being taken away from us here in MO.
Damn, this state is going straight down the shitter!

52. Some day I would like to be mellow too.
Here I can joke about it. In the real world, I tend to be extremely organized (the person who has a snap lid container for everything, books movies and music filed alphabetically and by genre, color coded file system-yes, I know that I am anal). I sometimes get upset w/ people who are not quite as organized and then I can get bossy w/ them.

but it's an on-going battle for me not to run everything.

I was single for most of my life and whenever I tried to share {or heaven forbid the biggest mistake to turn over} responsibility to my boy friends or husbands - most times - everything got f***ed-up beyond belief until I straightened things out.

83. So far I lived by myself only
since I moved out from my parents. 10 years by now. It will be quite interesting to see how things work out once I move together with my bf (hopefully next year). But I am not a person who likes to fight, I think we will get along quite well. And he knows I am bossy. The thread I started the other day about crazy emails I wrote him about that topic. That I hate being bossy towards him. He told me he knows me, everybody has its personality and he can deal with it. When I see him this weekend we might talk a bit more about it.

116. when he was younger he practically idolised me.
He won't admit to it now, but I introduced him to music, sci-fi, classical literature and his favorite Arthurian legends. I also gave him more than a few lessons on politics. I used to buy his clothes for school (my parents expected me to buy my own and I didn't want him to worry about the same thing). I pretty much molded his views on the world (and then the Army added to it).
Now, he still has the same tastes and same views but he can be a really selfish asshole about it.

The one about age difference between someone who had taken an interest in you was a good read. I couldn't post a good answer to the question in that thread.

115. yes it is
actually Frankfurt is the financial town of Germany. It is bigger than Stuttgart but smaller then Munich I think. I like it quite well. It is a big city but still small enough to get somewhere fast

130. then come to Europe
I know it is not cheap but it is worth the trip. Doesn't necessary have to be Germany, other countries are as fantastic. Depending on which country the life style is quite different. Very laid back in the South for example.

131. Is it getting warm for you?
There is some sun peaking through here today.

The heaters in my office are all off.

I didn't have my scarf tied whilst walking into work.

Spring has definitely begun over here.
