2. Yeah
25 is the cutoff for me (I'm 19).
For some reason, I've never been keen to dating anyone my age or a year younger; I like guys a few years older than me.
Is that weird?

17. I tend to go younger, even more so as I get older.
I just turned 50, and I look (and probably act) about 10 years younger, and I think down to 40 would be fine for something serious. Younger than 40 is good for casual things and possible for serious depending on the person and what he's looking for. (I've recently been casually hooking up with a 34-year-old man for over a year.)

I used to think 10 years older was fine, but as I'm getting older, 10 years older is getting too close to the category of "elderly." I think the odds are better of having more years--particularly more years in good health--with somebody a bit younger.

36. I've dated up to 15 years older than me
and 20 years younger than me. These were casual relationships, but the younger one could've been more than that if the circumstances were right. If it feels right with someone I just go for it and work on the details later.

then he is, which is 28. And it's fine by me. I don't date anyone under 18.. because that's not legal. HAHA!

So between 18 and 27? LOL! No... actually more like between 19 and 22. That would be nice. :)

42. I'm married now, but I never had any rules set in granite.
Obviously, no one underage.

When I got married, I was 31 and my husband was 23. That kind of age difference was NOT what I had ever envisioned for myself; I always thought I'd marry someone who had been in high school at the same time I was, preferably the same age to two or three years older.

It's a good thing, though, that I didn't make that a rule. :)

50. My last three boyfriends have been younger
The last one was six years younger- before that two years younger and before that nine years younger- I couldn't help myself he was just waaaay hot. :D

The one that was only two years younger was more immature than the others by far. Maturity isn't always directly related to age.

53. My far-points-on-the-curve GFs were 10 years older and 15 years younger...
And I have to say that I never felt aware of any significant age difference in these cases, because the women were both very intelligent, highly aware, and funny as all get-out.

My wife is 7 years younger than I, which is nothing. (Note: She also is very intelligent, highly aware, and funny as all get-out, only more so! :loveya:)

Guess it all comes down to the individual.
