Is there any way to shrink a preshrunk T-shirt?

I bought a t-shirt at a concert tonight (INTERPOL! :yourock:) and didn't realize how big it was until I got it home. What's the best way to shrink it if it's already "preshrunk"? Is it even possible? :shrug:

1. Washing and drying at a really high temp

I found that if I ovedry a shirt, careful not to start a fire, it will shrink it just a bit, sometimes enough. It won't shrink a whole size if that's what you're looking for. Interpol rocks. "Leif Erikson", best track they have out

2. Washing it in really hot water,

unless you're worried about the colors running/fading, and then into the dryer at a VERY HIGH temperature! If those don't work, then I don't think anything will do it...I could be wrong, but I don't think so...
