I just watched every episode of Arrested Development season 2

1. What has been going on?

my schedule is too sporadic to schedule in my favorite shows:( So I have to wait for DVD releases.

6. they had a full hour last sunday

Gob let a seal he used in magic tricks go free in the ocean, Then buster decided to go swimming in the ocean against his mother's wishes. A guy yelled out to him "loose seal! loose seal!" He said something back like, I don't care about Lucille! and then the seal bit off his hand, so now he has a hook

2. That is one of the most creative, intelligent, and downright hilarious

shows that's ever been on TV.

I really hate to say this, but the highest quality TV is on FOX. Not FOX News, but FOX. Also some of the dumbest, but one thing they don't have: bland, safe down-the-middle shit shows like the other networks.

Arrested Development about killed me the first time I saw it last Fall. Then a friend got the first season and we watched it and oh, man, my side ached.

4. the sad thing is that it is probably not going to get renewed

5. That sucks!

But on the other hand, it would be great if it could actually end - even without trying up all the loose ends or anything - but end while it was still wonderful and fresh and before devolving into a Happy Days "Everyone's older than shit but here we still are" mess.

8. Evil Fauxers!!!!

They put edgy shit designed to appeal to liberals, libertarians and assorted ethnicities on their entertainment channel, and then decry it as immoral on their propaganda channel!

Talk about a strategy of bifurcation! No matter what happens, they can claim they are on the "correct" side of the issue....

Clever tactic...sleazy, but clever! If one straw man won't do, use two on opposite ends of the spectrum! And then, PLAY THE VICTIM. Loudly. Incessantly. So much that people will give them whatever they want just to get them to shut the faux up!!!

I think that horseshit gameplan is in the GOP Playbook!

And it's so blatant, it makes one's head spin.

It would be like if we were to find out that Skinner own not only DU, but Free Republic as well.

... and yet is in trouble in the ratings. I tell all my friends to watch just to help it out.
