3. This is way old and has an interesting story
Supposedly Mahir's drinking buddies set the page up as a joke on him. But thousands of women started calling and emailing him. It was a classic 15 Minutes of Fame.

it's sure funny how things like this make the rounds. i noticed they've got a hot thread on Mr. Mahir over on that Freeper site (don't ask) right now as well. and over there most have not heard of this guy before, either. i thought everybody knew about Mahir... I guess my geekness is showing...
