Dashimaki Tamago!

Yum!
I found a Tamago pan at the thrift store a few weeks ago, so I download a recipe and try my hand at that tasty little sushi-shop omlette...

The Iron Chef can rest easy. It tasted very good, I just gotta work on the rolling-up business.....

My mom tried to show me many times how to roll it. I just eat it scrambled.

2. It started out OK...

I think I should have made 2 or 3 rolls out of the egg I had prepared. I wound up with one roll almost 2" in diameter. Got difficult to handle.
It WAS tasty, though. I'll get better at it, I'm sure of it..
