2. Don't know yet... let's check the menu!
The soup is minestrone and the chowder is scallop & leek.

The main courses are grilled marlin and stuffed breast of chicken.

The sides are: carmelized onion mashed potatoes, lentil rice pilaf, carrots, and creamed garlic spinach.

The asian station has rice or noodle bowls with beef & oyster sauce.

The pasta station has squash ravioli, farfalle, and black pepper fettucini.

The specialty sandwich is oat cheese, eggplant and peppers with olive tapenade (of course there's a sandwich station where I can have any sandwich I like made to order).

The International station is: Spain.

There's a sushi bar and a salad bar.

Downstairs I can get pizza, calzone, burgers, hotdogs, tacos, chili....

decisions, decisions....

3. private chef at this top secret installation
green salad with artichokes, roasted peppers, roma tomatos & red onion
beef lasagna with grilled Italian sausage
zucchini and yellow squash
garlic bread
Fresh berries
Italian cream cake

plus tons of fresh fruit and every candy bar and snack and beverage ever made

The downside is it's all free! And the chef takes requests. It's corporate evil at its evilest. Evil evil evil.
