9. Oddly enough, I was hit on at a funeral too. My grandmother's.
By the funeral director.

Needless to say I found that incredibly tacky, creepy, and certainly bizarre.

6. hmmmm, not really odd, but a coworker asked me out
while I was at work with her. Like a fool, I said no. (kicking self). I should have at least gone with her and had a ton of fun.

Oh come on that isn't odd. I'm sure tons of people were hooking up. In fact, that's a great place to hit on someone. You already know you have a lot in common!

I always thought there would be a good number of young staff and volunteers, like on most campaigns. I guess getting hit on by old men looking for their own Monica isn't a good thing.

Personally, I've found that Presidential campaigns are a great way to meet people. Even other young people :)

8. At a trade show, which, by itself, is not unusual at all,
except it was right in the middle of a sales pitch. By the guy doing the pitching. He just stopped his presentation and told me I have an intriguing face and then looked at my name tag, saw where I was from and started thinking out loud about a layover he would have in my state a month later...

Eeew.

11. propositioned for 3-somes as a clerk in my erotic boutique
ya know, people just seem to like to talk to me and I end up giving all kinds of advice. People tell me things they don't tell their own spouse. Go figure.

And I was flattered when the guy asked me if I wanted to screw his wife while he watched...

But really. At least it only has happened a couple of times.

I am a big flirt but I don't want to seal the deal. I wouldn't mind a three-some, but only WITH my wife, and new relationship energy is so complex and unpredictable, I would probably only go with a few old friends, who I know can handle that sort of situation and could have a good time without it becoming a problem.

29. Oh, and at work (trust me, it gets wierder)
I had my pentacle necklace on, the guy hitting on me was a Baptist youth pastor. He was good looking, but even if I was looking Baptist ministers would be right out. Besides, guys who work with teenagers for a living shouldn't ask out young ladies barely older than thier adolescent charges, it doesn't look good at all.

32. an anti-war rally
I guess that's the oddest. Most of the rare times I get hit on are in pretty typical places. Although I would consider an anti-war rally a good place to meet someone with common values.
