I got my new piano!!!

Ordered it from music123.com a couple of weeks ago. It's a digital piano with 88 fully-weighted keys. Damn that sucker is heavy! 189 pounds. Had to get my neighbor to help me get it out of the box and put the side panels and legs on it, then get it upright and in place. It is AWESOME! Plays great, sounds great, and looks great! The transaction and shipping went smoothly too! For all you musicians out there, I would highly recommend music123.com!

4. This one was the cheapest one I found...

that had everything I wanted/needed in a digital piano. It was a GREAT buy. For $500, you couldn't get anything better! So really, no need to come steal mine. Plus, it weighs 189 pounds, so it's not like someone's just going to pick it up and run off with it. Unless they are Hercules.

3. Hey, I downsized dramatically by buying this one...

I sold my 80 year old baby grand on ebay 2 weeks ago. This one is MUCH smaller and sounds and plays SO much better. I played on it for 1 1/2 hours tonight and it felt like only 15 minutes or so. It felt so great to be able to play on a good quality instrument!

You got a great, great deal!

I've got my old Everett Upright, which I will never part with; but before it came to live with me, I borrowed a friend's keyboard. It was heavenly, having music again.

I imagine these keyboards are even better than they were in 1995. And you're right, they are surprisingly heavy.
