I'm working in St. Paul, near the capital, in the state government complex. It's Tuesday, and all of Monday's fires have been successfully extinguished. All is relatively well.

A little work, a little hanging out on DU, then some more work. I gotta work late tonight. Working on project here at work plus the wife is having book club at our house and a house full of screeching beauties is hard to deal with, if you know what I mean.

I grew up mostly in Edina. Went to Creek Valley Elementary and then OLG. Then my family left the country for several years. I subsequently moved all over the place.

And then lo and behold, my wife and I bought a house here in lovely Richfield.

I lived in Mpls for 30 years.
We now live about 75 miles to the West.
I have occasional work in Mpls, but I miss the city only slightly.
