To all the OSU fans
It was one hell of a ride...I am glad that you experienced that type of winning record and what it was like to win a recent NC. It's a great feeling isn't it? The thing that you guy's got going for you is all the winning and the NC will reap recruiting benifits for you and should help your program for a long long time. Plus...You've got a great, great coach... Although I do want my Dolphins to go after him...

To have a streak like you guy's had is just about impossible in todays times... On any given Saturday a college team can be beaten. Remember...The good teams have the most luck so if anybody gives you grief about OSU being a er..lucky team, let them know that...better lucky than a loser....

Now...I await Miami's turn...will it be this year? VT and a few others stand in the Hurricanes way... Miami's 35 and 2 since the year 2000...

Think about that... In regular season games Miami hasn't lost since the first game in year 2000 and that was by 5 points to Washington. They've won 17 straight away games during regular season. Amazing... But they had a bunch of luck doing it....

They will lose sooner or later. I just hope not this season...

Anyway... Keep up your chins OSU cause the future looks bright....

1. What are you talking about OSU won...
Edited on Sun Oct-12-03 06:40 AM by JCMach1
Oklahoma State that is... :)

We might have an actual shot at the Big 12 this year.

We'll just have to see if we can knock off OU three years in a row.

Sorry Buckeye fans :(

7. Impossible dream
Edited on Sun Oct-12-03 11:46 AM by The Lone Liberal
To dream the impossible dream
To fight the unbeatable foe
To bear with unbearable sorrow
And to run where
the brave dare not go
To right the unrightable wrong
And to love pure and chaste from afar
To try when your arms are too weary
To reach the unreachable star
This is my quest
To follow that star
No matter how hopeless

2. No problem here, Trumad
It's a game. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you lose. I will continue to be one of those obnoxious OSU fans who will be starting threads with O!!!!! H!!!!! . That's just the way Buckeye fans are. We love our team no matter what.

3. Classy ,Trumad
Of course you could afford to be classy today. Wisconsin played a better game and deserved to win. I haven't heard any keening yet, but I just woke up. The rain was a bitch yesterday in both places wasn't it?

5. That was a cheap dirty shot on Sorgi
That OSU linebacker set an otherwise classy program back to the days of Woody Hayes. Crushing his neck with foul intention on national TV,choked him out of the game, replayed again and again . I'm glad they got beat.It was an ugly day for sports yesterday.

6. Let me be the first to say---I'm glad the lost last night
Reynolds clearly was choking Sorgi and that is unacceptable. Tressel at the VERY lest should suspend him one game. If Tressel wants to send the mesage about his program being a classy organization he should suspend him for the rest of the year. My wife says his scholarship should be taken away too.

I was enraged but what I saw last night. Sickened really.

Reynolds will be lucky if no charges are filed against him in Madison. It happened so late last night (and everyone had already had a day full of sports) that no mention of it is being made today, the first news cycle after it.

Disgraceful.
