it was at the Monterey Bay aquarium.

I love the sea restruants on the pier and watching
the otters in the bay ..

9. We ate the 1st night at the Chart house and then at the Blue Moon

cafe. Very good at both places. We stayed at the Monterey plaza hotel and when we went down for breakfast it was all ocean view for prime otter viewing.
