2. i havent eaten red meat in over 20 years but.....
corned beef and cabbage and potatos. all boiled together in a big pot. i think my mother used to use a pressure cooker. drool........ahh the memory of it..... my father always had a story about when he came back from the war, phillipines and got corned beef and cabbage in chicago. and he would bust out the uke and sing a little down at dinty moores with the sawdust on the floors.... thanks.

7. Personally, I prefer Round to Brisket

I'm saving that for St. Patrick's Day, though. Put some beef broth and onion and a little wee bit of bacon in with the corned beef brisket. I can't wait!
