2. Oh *I* know that.....but have you seen that other thread???
....it got just as hostile as the game...where it digressed into several personal attacks...for some attempting to defend the indefensible.

3. well for the record.....if the tables were turned and it was Clemens.....
....and say Ted Williams a few years back....and the same thing were to have happened....THERE'S NO F'N WAY I'D BE DEFENDING ROGER as has been done with Pedro....there's just no justification....just my *humble* opinion once again of this most incredible situation....and I must say once again.....LET'S GO YANKEES!!! :D

6. Zimmer was charging him. What the fuck was he supposed to do?
Should he had let Zimmer cold cock him? Knock him down perhaps injuring him?
Pedro did the right thing my friend.

9. don't even try to accuse ME of being in denial......
....for it's the SOX fans who have come to be in that catagory...so take your accusations elsewhere....don't give a flyin' fuck thru a flamin' hoola hoop what ya'll wanna BELIEVE...for the FACTS speak for themselves....if an old woman was charging at me...I'd just move outta her way and laugh....not grab her by the fuckin' HEAD...twist it around and throw her to the ground....TRULY PATHETIC AND GUTLESS TO THINK I'D BE JUSTIFIED IN ANY WAY AT ALL FOR DOING WHAT HE DID...goddamn the inhumanity in suggesting otherwise.

12. ZIM'S FAULT
if anyone charged at me throwing punches in a melee, they would get exactly what zim got.

Zimmer has no class and Embarrased the Yankees last night. Totally embarrassed the New York Yankees.

4. I saw the replay a few times now...
...and it looked to me that Zim was about to take a shot at Pedro.

Now I don't know why no one had stated this before, but I think it was a reflex reaction on Pedro's part. The old man was sprinting at him with his arm in a pre-strike position. But it happened so fast, that I'm inclined to believe that it was a reflex reaction that a lot of other people would have done given the physical circumstances.

Here's another thing: Tonight, people have been putting themselves in Zimmer's shoes, and defending him. Howsabout somebody putting themselves in Pedro' shoes for once???

5. Pedro started the entire digression......
....but that's entirely overlooked by everyone who's defended him...sorry but I would NEVER be in Pedro's shoes to begin with...because he was just WRONG all the way around! :)

10. I'm a die-hard BoSox fan, but...
why the hell did Pedro throw at Garcia with 2 on and no-one out? Pedro's control is too good for that to have happened by accident. That's what puzzled me. He was certainly not in top form yesterday, athletically or emotionally.

The Sox aren't out of it yet...

11. Zim got what he deserved.
I was at the game last night and couldnt believe that old fool went after Pedro. If the age difference is such a factor then dont go charging in.

PS, It was Nelson who attacked the Red Sox Employee in the Bullpen. I was close enough to watch it happen.

The Guy was waving a towel in the Yankee Bullpen, not a smart idea. But Nelson was set off and decided to charge the guy. Don't be surprised if Nelson and Garcia are charged with assault.

14. I was at the game too, Braden
And watched Zimmer raise his left arm to land a haymaker on Pedro.

Bad behavior on ALL sides yesterday.
