For My 4000th post, an important announcement

I normally dont get into this vanity stuff, but I have to brag this up. I'm going back to school! I have applied to Stetson University in DeLand, Florida to study creative writing and work towards my Masters in English.
At age 41, I'm kicking towards my 3rd career, and 3rd degree, now.....we'll see where it takes us. Y'all can say you knew me when.

4. Gee 41 is when I started my third degree

Doctorate in Computing. I started out as a musician and actor. Life is a lot more fun when you change careers.....

16. For a long time, when people asked what I did for a living

I would reply "finance my leisure time." My leisure time was basically music and theatre. Now, I design systems, this is creative and fun and, well, rewarding too. I also now have two children and they take up most of my leisure time............
