Anything less than 1 hours from the cities and lakeshore is in that range.

Mine is 1000 Sq Ft rambler, three small bedrooms, unfinished basement, one car garage, no where close to water. Nothing special, in other words. The identicle one down the road was 195K last year, and mine is nicer inside.

On edit, my friend just bought 1/2 acre on a very small fishing lake about 1/2 hour away from Mpls (1 and a half hours in rush hour) 375K, and it needed work (they sunk another 40K into it, I can't imagine). God.
