I love to quote Astro (from the Jetsons) when my husband gets annoyed w/ one or both of our dogs.

"Come on, he (or she) is rust a ruppy."

11. Meet Rascal

A stray showed up in my neighborhood. She was expecting. I started leaving food for her across the street in an open field. This little guy showed up on my doorstep.

19. My Magic!
5 year old cocker spaniel who had heart worms, was picked up as a stray and sent to the Humane Society for certain death. I convinced them to let me adopt him, promising I would get him his heartworm treatment. He went through it fine and is now as healthy as can be!

Playing with his squeeky football.

Sleeping in his favorite spot.

Before his haircut.
