Arrested Blue Sky Cocktail
Chill cocktail glass. Prepare as follows:

In pre-chilled cocktail shaker combine

2 oz Puerto Rican rum
1 oz May wine
½ oz citron vodka
2 dashes Curaçao
Shake with a small iceberg andante.

Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

3. Dallas Copper Cocktail


Chill cocktail glass. Prepare as follows:

In bar glass combine

* 1½ oz Patron
* 1½ oz Prosecco
* ½ oz quinquina
* 4 drops Pucker

Stir all ingredients except the Prosecco -- but do not churn -- with copious quantities of ice.

Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Top with Prosecco.

Chill cocktail glass. Prepare as follows:

Moisten rim of glass with dry vermouth and coat with celery salt.

In cocktail shaker frappe with ice

* 2½ oz gold Tequila
* ½ oz Hawaiian Punch
* 1 tsp. gomme syrup
* 1 tsp. loganberry juice
* 1 tsp banana cordial

Pour into cocktail glass.

* 1½ oz tom gin
* ½ of one fresh egg
* 1 tsp. Aperital
* 1 tsp 151 proof rum

Shake your moneymaker with cubes of ice.

Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

After drinking promptly :puke: that sounds awful!!

Prairie Oyster:
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Juice
1 whole Egg Yolk
2 dashes Vinegar
1 dash Pepper

A Good one:
2 ounces White Rum
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 whole Mint Leaf
2 ounces Soda Water

Chill cocktail glass. Prepare as follows:

Muddle in cocktail shaker cayenne pepper & peach chunk with a dash of blueberry syrup.

In pre-chilled cocktail shaker combine

* 2 oz Hendrick's gin
* ¾ oz Peychaud bitters
* ½ oz aquavit
* 2 tsp peach bitters

Shake and sob like Johnny Ray with ice.

Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Float a scant spoonful of Gordon's Gin on surface of drink. Add orange flower water.

* ½ oz Fernet Branca
* 2 drops orange bitters
