I need a substitute for chocolate!
I've already had my new diet's daily quota and that isn't enough.

(I need to lose the weight I gained during surgery and convalescence...)

1. How about sex?
Or a hot bath?

Chocolate is pure pleasure. I would say find some zero-calorie way of being decadent. Good luck! :)

6. How'sabout carob?
I love unsweetened carob chips. They're great in trail mix.

But not so good for baking.

10. Sadly, I have cut down as well.
I substitute:

Baby carrot sticks,

Celery,

Tomato slices,

Broccoli,

Cauliflower.

Pretty much any veggie I happen to be craving when I run into Marsh for the daily groceries. I dip them in ranch, though, so I don't know if it makes much of a difference, lol.

11. I dip them in hummus.
It's more filling and much better for you than ranch. It's especially good with cucumber, but carrot sticks work well, too.
