It's a card game where the rules constantly change. A bit difficult to understand at first, but highly addictive.

1. it's great
a lot of my friends have decks, so we just play a game when we are bored.

To all you lurkers, pick up a deck -- its funny and easy to play.

2. Yeah, good game
One of my friends has a deck that is half custom cards. Some of the goals can get pretty twisted.

My favorite part of Fluxx has to be the look on a person's face the first time you explain it to them.

3. I bought a deck last year,
my wife and played it once and had no idea what we were doing. We just started up again and now we're hooked. We overthought the basic gameplay, and that's what made it difficult.

4. Yeah, it seems like it should be harder than it is
And, by default your mind tells you that there has to be some sort of underlying strategy.

Nope.

Just turn off the brain and do what the cards say

6. Fascinating
Never heard of it but I'm buying a deck ASAP. I love card games, the more inventive and addictive, the better. (And especially those you can play with only 2 people!)
