Did anyone go see "The Motorcycle Diaries"?
I thought it looked interesting when I saw previews and read about it but it never made it to a theater near me.

Did anyone see it? Was it any good? Tell me a little about it.

1. I love it! I got it on DVD last week
Che Guevara is my hero, if you couldn't tell, but the movie is great.

The screenplay was based on diaries and letters by Alberto and Che.

I was glad that it won the only Oscar it was nominated for, best song.

It is a beautiful movie and totally worth your time.

2. Really good movie...
It shows you a really human side of Che Guevara, beyond the myth and stories

5. its already (liked the book better)
because its a diary its really hard to effectively show the changes that were going on within him on screen ... my date's family was from Eastern Europe and they were screwed over by the communists so she didn't have many positive things to say about Che or the film
