I stayed home from work today because of THE BIG STORM EVENT, and there is barely anything going on outside!!! A little bit of freezing drizzle, but not much else. Christ, my kids school hasn't even cancelled! :grr:

Fortunately, my bosses are pretty understanding about this, but I hate to take a snow day and there is NO snow. Makes me feel like a big baby! If I would have just gone in for half a day, I wouldn't feel so stoopid.

I guess I'm lucky this is all I have to bitch about, huh?

There is pretty much no snow here, either, and there was a 2 hour delay. So much for the 4-6-10 or whatever inches of snow they were predicting. I did some work, dropped my kid off at school at 10:30, and treated myself to a little shopping therapy. Now I am going to laze around and maybe clean the house, it certainly needs it.
