How many people read turningtables (blog)?
Just curious, as I only found out about it today.

For those who don't know, it's written by a soldier in Iraq.
Makes for some interesting reading...

What do others here think of it?

1. I read part of it.
I think they are living under poor conditions. I wonder why they are not better supplied. Example: He mentioned ants living on and around his MREs. Why are they eating MREs?

Regarding Burger King (not that he mentioned it), which was allowed in before humanitarian groups, who PAYS for those hamburgers? Do the soldiers themselves have to pay? I guess my point is that when you send soldiers off to war, you should feed them the best you can, and give them the things they need, like LOTS of fresh water in a hot country. Are we still the richest country in the world?
