who don't have internet access can see how many of us felt about the election. I'd trade my photo for that kind of exposure any day.

to write a note, take the picture, and upload it onto their site.

We made a statement, that many people appreciated- it didn't get Bush out of office, it didn't change much in the long run- but people who aren't a part of DU saw that they weren't alone, people in other countries saw that we care, and it meant something to each one of us who submitted a picture. *That* is what matters to us, not money, not fame... the statement.
