1. ok, this might not be exactly what you are looking for

but my girlfriend lives in NYC and she said she saw Nicole Kidman the other day and could not believe how pale she was. She said her skin was so white it was almost bluish, and then someone else told her that NK not only won't allow any sun to tan her skin but that she also bleaches it to get that effect. So I don't imagine she wears much makeup either.

5. Nicole has that skin type -- so light she is almost white...

Skin like that has little or no melanin (coloring) to protect it and can get sun damage very quickly. Not sure about the bleaching. She would have to take something systemic (forgot the name of the drug) and there are a fair amount of side effects.
