Anyone want to see my dream home?
To buy an acre near the mountains in Colorado and place this dome on it.

I imagine I can have alternative energy (wind mill?), plumbing and the dome for about $60K

Look around it is a wonderful site

5. Thank you, Buckminster Fuller!
Those are great. I'd love to have a small one to put in our back yard as a getaway spot.

9. Not my dream home for sure! But
it would be a very cool alternative home or entry level home. They need to make this out of the solar cloth. =)

12. I'm on the other side of the range
I want to buy as a retirement home at 60 and grow a little garden and have a home base business. I have no children, so even if I could afford, it would make no sense spending a lot of money since no one will inherit.

13. Actually very similar.
I plan to retire to northern vermont grow my own food and go "off grid."

But there is forty years between now and then where I'll hopefully get married and have children. =)

17. That right there is every appraiser's worst nightmare.
I went on a look see once, and said no thanks. Super hard to find comparables sales. But it is very nice. The one I looked at was a shoddily constructed, and yet expensive, concrete type with blocks. :hi:
