Hunter S. Thompson will never really die
Just like so many great and original artists and writers, a man as unique and creative as HST will never die as long as we keep reading his works.
Several of his books made permanent impressions on me.
The man, for both his writings and his 'unconventional' behavior, won't be easily forgotten.

RIP Hunter S. Thompson, and may God Bless You.

1. He will be sorely missed.
