Most DELICIOUS birthday ever!
My incredible SO took me out tonight to celebrate. We went to Monte's, a great seafood place who's owner/chef is Nigerian and does his own version of fusion Nigerian/Cajun that is fabulous!

Dinner was Broiled Redfish, stuffed with shrimp dressing, covered with crawfish and crab, and a lemon cream sauce. The angel hair and sauteed vegetables on the side were a perfect complement and the bread pudding was way over the top good. Washed down with Guinness Stout and the meal rates in my top five of all time!

I'll be talking about this one for awhile...
