"I (Heart) Huckabees" - rented the DVD last night. Great!

It's a terrific comedy about existentialism (a somewhat unusual theme for a comedy, some might think), but the film is quirky and brilliant. Cast includes Dustin Hoffman, Lily Tomlin, Jude Law, Naomi Watts, Jason Schwartzman, Isabelle Huppert, Mark Wahlberg.

I liked it. You might want to rent it. :-)

I'm STILL whining about for some idiotic reason.

I guess it just irks me to see such irrelevent piffle nominated for an academy award, instead of something rather remarkable like "I heart Huckabees"... which indeed, is rather brilliant.

4. David O. Russell makes good, interesting films.

Ever seen 'Spanking the Monkey'? He's not afraid of challenging his audience.

I never got to see Huckabees in the theater so thanks for the reminder.
