I just saw Constantine
Over all I enjoyed it very much. Keanu Reeves was very good as always and the actress (Woman from The Mummy, sorry don't know her name) She was very god as well. Intriguing story, well filmed and told. Good special effects help tell the story without overkill. Some people of strong religious faith may find so offense to the movie do to its religious overtones. Over all I give it 3 1/2 out of 4 starts.

P.S If your looking for a Matrix, you wont get it. If you are looking for a suspense, Action, Horror, make you think movies, this one is gold.

I will be happy to answer any other questions without giving it away.

5. no
There's a curtain theme to the story. Keanu Reeves character is a Demonologist and does exorcisms and fights demons. Someone of strong religious convictions may not like it, but I doubt anyone who can't see past it only being a movie would be posting on DU. Those people are crazy and we don't allow the crazies here, RIGHT!

3. Were you previously familiar with the comic book?
I've heard that it seems slow and plodding to some who aren't familiar with the story.

I don't know the comic book at all, but i found the story to be intriguing. I got into it right away and followed it all the way thought. Even my wife only got lost once and I am always narrating movies to her as we are watching them.

4. Rachel Weisz
is the woman whose name you don't know.

"Keanu Reeves was very good as always" - you lost all credibility with me, sorry.

8. Well
I like Keanu Reeves, Maybe I am just easily entertained but I love him in the Matrix 1,2 (3 was good, ending sucked)
Devils advocate was great, so on.

I guess if you don't like Keanu Reeves then pass, but I would at least see it in a budget theater or on video. It is a very well put together movie. So I have no regrets in giving them $8 to see it.

12. rachel weisz...oooh baby.
my FAVORITE rachel weiss scene is in the movie Confidence- at the very ebd of the movie, with the coldplay tune "clocks" being played in the background...the look she gives ed burns in the back of the convertible is so frickin' HOT...

6. The movie looks like it'd be interesting,
but Keanu Reeves has never been good in anything I've seen. Although I admit I haven't seen much of his work.

10. It's funny
how sometimes you stumble across a phrase you've never heard before in your life.

"Keanu was very good as always...."

11. Don't you dare knock Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.
Now, I agree that Excellent Adventure was subpar at best, but the sequel? Keanu was masterful.

13. I loved it. It exceeded my expectations.
BTW, that woman's name is Rachel Weisz. She was great, and my man Keanu was great as usual. Didn't see the twist coming at the end though. I really liked it.
