Mahr is making some good points but there is entirely too much praise for Bush. THis was a fucking illegal, immoral war!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HWho gives a shit if they can vote, if they have no running water and a goodamn war criminal (Chalabi) will be running it.

And don't even get me started on what he said about Summers. Although Biden made a good point that at some universities, 50% of MATH degrees go to women. So something happens afte that. But I guess Mahr ha always been a sexist pig though; it sometimes comes through in his jokes.

Although Robin is funny as usual and I liked the bit about the renamed artworks.

Which I guess is what good comedians/social commentators do. He just irritated me a little bit. Most of the time I think he is funny and thought-provoking.

On balance the show is not bad. I am glad HBO has it on. Sometimes it is the guests I can't stand so I don't always watch.

especially the monologue at the end.

Some of the show was too bland, though- almost timid. And I could have done without Thompson and Biden too. Robin Williams kicked ass as usual.
