" You were born with 300 bones. When you get to be an adult, you have 206."

6. They fuse together
for example, the bones in a baby's head are separate and can move around slightly, but as the child grows they fuse together into one skull bone.

"They fuse together". Yeah, right. I knew it was that damned bone fairy, who, unlike the tooth fairy, never left me a damned dime. You owe me.

are not accurate, or misleading. Sneezes, for instance, certainly do not stop one's heart. That would be really stupid.

Also, your stomach is *constantly* creating new mucus. It's not as if there's some sort of timer that goes off every two weeks and replaces the stomach lining all at once.

3. I'm not buying this one
>> Babies are born without knee caps. They don't appear until the child reaches 2-6 years of age.

I can't imagine that one could crawl w/o kneecaps, and given that babies usually crawl at around 8 ot 9 months.....

4. It's part true
babies are indeed born without knee caps, but they sure show up a lot faster than 6 years later!

13. it verifies the useless fact then.......thanks for the link
"For instance, the head of the femur appears at four months, the patella, or kneecap, starts showing signs of ossification at about 3 years in females and 4-5 years of age in males."

14. I don't think you read it right
It says that those bones are present when the baby is born, but they cannot be seen on x-ray because they are not yet ossified.

9. This one is really funny to me:
The pancreas produces Insulin.

As a diabetic, I have to say, why is that on this list? It doesn't seem like an odd fact, never mind one that people would care about or find fascinating, you know? Weird.
