Whats the point of going to bed early and waking up early?
When i stay up practically all night as a habit and waking up in the afternoon. (atm i fall asleep at 4am, wake up at 12pm, or 2pm.)
i'm trying to cut the habit off.
But, its not working and its getting worse.

Help

Wanting to get into the habit of going to bed, at LEAST at 12:00AM again. And waking up at LEAST 10-9:00AM again.
How do you create habits? :(

1. I don't have a clue cuz I work nights and on the nights off
I do the same as you. Even if I go to bed around 1:30 or 2, my body still wants to sleep in to the noon hour. I've been doing it for 8 years now and I think my body is just tuned to it now.

2. gradually
Go to bed about 15 minutes earlier each night. But I'm not a good one to give advice on this topic.

3. Go ahead and stay up
Then make yourself get up early. It might take a few days, but eventually you'll be on a daytime schedule. I'm a night critter myself..It's 1 AM, I have to get up no later than 6:15...I do this all week, then on the weekends, I die.

5. LOL...There were times (in my younger days)
When I'd run on 3 or 4 hours. As a teenager, I thought I needed 10 or 11 though.

6. Don't go to bed one night. The next day you'll go to bed nice and early.
