On edit I would have also chosen "The Exfiltrator" aka Ken Taylor but he was originally from CANADA.

On double edit my secret nicknames for George W from that day on were things like COMMANDER BUNNYHOLE for obvious reasons, I especially made those up on the FIRST ANNIVERSARY.
