2. no
Imagine President Pat Robertson. Hell we have a male President now and he's bad. There are a lot more men who'd be bad as well.

you are feeling in a devils advocate-type mood?

I want to do that often to heighten the debate, but I am afraid that with my post count I would get the stone.

Good on you, BB1

just presenting analogies to show how riduculous a certain position is.

3. Of course.
Should anyone be able to run for president? Hell yes. If the voting system is not flawed (as is now), which required direct action (as we do now), then I think a jamaican coconut should be able to run.

Anyone should be able to run, it is all at the voters discretion, ostensibly.

6. I can't imagine Brittany would be all that much better a choice
than any of the candidates currently in the field.

7. Personally I think Dolly Parton is exactly what this country needs
right now.

She's WHOLEsome, the foreign diplomats would totally dig her, and she would solve that Israel/Palestine deal in a jif by setting them leaders both down and givin them both a good talkin to.

I vote DOLLY!!***

9. No. Stick to the lizards
Ask David Icke.

Does anyone know when the 'all your politicians are really lizards' idea started? Was it that 'V' program? Douglas Adams had elected lizards talking about the Single Transferable Vote by 1984, in "So long, and thanks for all the fish". Any earlier sightings than these?
