first day - food poisoning - bad BBQ

3rd day - pepto bismal overdose

A youthful indiscretion. I only call in now if near death.

4. Three this week...

but it's only a temp assignment anyway. I think the dust from working in a document warehouse has given me a sinus infection.

5. On Monday I had a migraine but I worked all day anyway because

another person was out. Before I left I told my supervisor I was in excruciating pain.

Yesterday I was miserable and sick, stayed in bed all day.

I suppose I could have gone back today, but I called in... sort of ticked that I worked on Monday.

Gotta go back tomorrow.

6. I haven't called in sick since 1997...when I had my accident.

And was laid off for a few months recuperating.

Otherwise, I've never called in sick.
