Hockey fans - Red Deer v. Sherbrooke for the Cup?

The Cup has been awarded for 120 straight years or some such thing, and there are rumours afoot that there may be a tournament amongst the various junior leagues to decide who gets it this year. Your thoughts? Lethbridge vs. Hull? Should the last player on Kitchener's roster have his name next to Gretzky's?

I think it would be kinda cool, but the long-term ramifications are hazy.

there won't be an NHL season, but the keepers of the Stanley Cup don't want to have a year go by without someone winning it - that would break one of sports' most enduring tradition. So there is some rumbling that the tems from the Junior leagues throughout Canada will have a tournament, the winner of which will be awarded the Stanley Cup. If so, all the winners' names will be engraved on it, as they are every year. So, one or two pretty mediocre players will have their names on the Cup.
