4. I'm a downstater.
Champaign, Illinois, home of the U of Illinois. To some folks we are southern Illinois, but it is actually about the middle of the state.

Come on over to the Illinois forum and ask there--we have a thread going that lists where we Illinois DUers are from--including some of the southern parts of the state!
