2. It's my and Mr. 48%er's 7th anniversary....
So, I cooked us a really nice dinner....organic standing rib roast (yummy@@) fresh asparagus tops, twice baked potatoes and sauted mushrooms, with a nice bottle of Virginia Tannat wine.

Now we are fat and happy, and are going to ROOT FOR THE IGGLES!!!

3. I'm alone tonight
Hubby has gone to a friend's for a Super Bowl party but he bought me a beautiful salmon steak which I'm going to grill and have with a creamy dill sauce that he invented, along with a big, gorgeous artichoke (first of the season and I've been craving chokes in a big way) and some steamed rice. Mmmmmmmmm..............

7. A Zone bar
hitting the phone banks in an hour, no time to eat. I love the idea of breakfast for dinner. An omelet sounds about right, maybe I have time.

13. Diet bars for
the Zone diet. I actually like some of them, they are balanced for the high protein diet. Great for a quick meal when you are not able to cook or are away and can't get food. :hi:

10. You beat me to it!
Edited on Sun Feb-06-05 06:12 PM by kitkatrose
I made citrus steamed tilapia with veggies and now am having chocolate covered strawberries and starfruit. :9 I'm in heaven.

I guess paying five dollars for a thing of strawberries is all worth it.
