Question for Pet People
I have been searching the archives/past posts and can't find the thread somebody started about shooting at two owls roosting in their yard. They had killed a stray cat and it was connected to the big long thread about feral cats and bird extinction but it was NOT that thread (found it).

The info I was looking for was in a reply somewhere in that thread. It was a picture and I think, a link to the company that makes some sort of roaming modular cat or small dog "cages" that you can assemble for you cat to go outside and remain confined and protected from things like owls and coyotes etc....anybody remember or have alink or know what I'm talking about?

Looking for the cage/enclosures whatever they are called.

2. I just want to find out
what one of these things would look like.

A suggestion for protecting your pet against coyotes; spray your dog with pepper spray before he goes outside. Coyotes don't like spicy food.

(Hey I'm kidding)

I was thinking it was a cage that the pet wore, kinda like a whole body muzzle.

7. I saw an episode on HGTV
about this couple that had their entire house and yard made into kitty heaven. There were "roadways" near the ceilings with holes cut into walls so the cats could go from room to room on them. There were ramps to get up to them (and down). They had all kinds of cat "structures" in the house. Outside, they had built roadways screened by chicken wire so the cats couldn't get out and no other critters could get in. Occasionally, there would be a larger screened area where the cats could stretch out and sleep in the sun. Cat toys everywhere. It was truly kitty heaven more than it was a home for humans, but everybody seemed happy.

8. Outdoor "hampster habitat"?
What a great idea!!

Thumbs up to those people. Keeps the cats AND the birdies safe!
