In November, he filed against his brother, Ron, trying to put a stop to what was once an act of brotherly love.

According to Gallagher's people, the suit alleges, among other things, that Ron Gallagher and his promoters have violated Gallagher's right of publicity and trademark rights and have engaged in false advertising and unfair competition, creating consumer confusion.

In an article published in GQ Magazine's February's edition, someone close to Gallagher admitted that the older brother had grown tired of his younger sibling making a career out of his old material.

And it is confusing. At one time or another, you may have seen ads for "Gallagher II: The Living Sequel." What it really was, and is, is Gallagher's actual younger brother repeating his older brother's more ancient routines, at a budget price, reportedly 10-20 percent of Gallagher's fee.
