I went for Blood Work today i.e. panic attacks
I also decided to cut down on my caffeine and sugar intake.
I am also trying to cut down on smoking cigarettes but I am not going to try to quit cold turkey at this moment.

I am feeling like my normal self today.

I should get the test results back in a few days!:bounce:

1. limiting caffine makes a big difference
at least for me. When I feel the panic coming, I quit all caffiene and start up the exercise more regularly.

2. I am going to start exercising
on a regular basis.

I am drinking water right now.

It's boring but if it helps me feel better than that's what I am going to do.

3. Whatever you do, don't go into GD and click on
"How many faces can a trained chimp make?" Just stay away. Trust me. Oh, good luck with the lab work.

5. You'll be fine. I had them and have been CLOSE to anxiety-free
for almost a year now. They did come back with my recent heart problems, but have seemed to settle down already again.

Take care, we're on your side.

7. Cutting down on the caffeine and sugar should help a lot.
I am also very sensitive to caffeine, and I felt a lot better when I cut back on the cokes, coffee, and sugary bad crap.

Good luck quitting smoking - when you do, you will really feel much better!

I hope your test results come back ok - take care!

8. Stopping Smoking is the next stop
I'm going to wait and see what the blood test say.

My doctor said my BP and my lungs were fine. I want to wait until these attacks stop or slow down before trying to quit which might make me more of a mess.

Thanks for the support!:hi:

12. Any time you feel like PMing a friend bigwill, I 'm here. My advice to
you would be to cut back on one and then the other. Don't shock your system by eliminating all that it is used to. I tried doing that and it about killed me. Healing hugs to you. I worry so about all of us. :loveya:

Good luck with those tests.
