Keanu has a kind of one-style acting style, but he's great at it. Certainly, he's not a world-class actor (at least, I don't think so), but he's not the worst actor in the world AT ALL. Not even close!!

Much like Catwoman, Warner has completely screwed the core features of the character. DC's buyout by Time/Warner in the 1980's has had some bad long term consequences. Warner does not care anything for the characters, hence the rumors of a "Green Lantern" movie starring Jack Black.
