Balloons, balloons, balloons everywhere
Earlier I watched coverage of the mass assention of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Balloons. Fantastic, I got to attend in 1983 and have watched every year before and since.



I heartly recommend that if you have some time on the first weekend in October you go to Albuquerque and check this out. One of the great things is you don't need to go to the balloon park (although I would recomend it), any where in Alb. is great for balloon watching.

I saw the balloons this a.m., also, and they were beautiful! (I was, in fact, in one of those far-away places from which you can see the balloons!)

2. great pic!
i was fortunate to catch part of the balloon fiesta last year in Alb. I had flown in the nite before for my best friend's wedding, and awoke the next morning to step outside and the sky was full of balloons. Sat there and had my coffee watching...it was a phenomenal sight.
