Blog website opinions?
Ok, I'm thinking about starting a blog. I have a lot of thoughts floating around in my head about grassroots activism -- tips, techniques, things I've done in the past, things I wanna do in the future, local issues. And I'd like to get it out and sort of start organizing it. There would be some political commentary, but I'm mostly interested in nuts and bolts stuff, how-tos, lessons learned from the field, etc. I'm thinking of calling it "The Practical Activist" or something like that.

So-- Do you guys think I'd be better served by having a diary on a site like MyDD.com or DailyKos, or starting my own blog somewhere like blogger? And do you have any recomendations for sites?

Thanks!
- C
