3. SLEEP
Like tonight.
It's about 3 degrees in Kansas City.
About -8 wind chill.

Give me...

My warm king size water bed.

2 comforters.

Clean sheets. (got those)

Four pillows.

Burrow down inside like an Alabama tick.

Man...it's like being back inside the womb.

I got a window cracked, the heat turned down to a blow every now and then.

And I am buried down inside an envelope of warmth and comfort.

But God help me if I have to get up in the middle of the night to take a leak!

13. LOL! I think you've covered it all...
I just changed my sheets this morning, I made a rather hearty ribs with sauce, cracked a window (need fresh air, even when it's 10 degrees out) and made some tea.

"Man...it's like being back inside the womb."

I never thought of bed that way, but you might be right. I curl up into a fetal position within minutes! ;-)

7. Two easy steps:
1 -- the beverage of yor choice; and
2 -- Gordon Lightfoot's "Song for a Winter's Night"

Well, three:

The bell rings and the companion of your choice is at the door.

9. Snuggle with your loved one
And watch silly movies. I recommend Psych-Out(1968), with Jack Nicholson, Susan Strasberg, Dean Stockwell and Bruce Dern.

"Stoney! Stoney! Warren's freaking out at the gallery!" :D
