I have a friend who thinks that Dixie Chicks are pop but that horrible thing is "real" country. Perhaps it's hick-pop or hick-rock, but it doesn't sound particularly country to me.

The newest single by the lady who sings it (Gretchen Wilson), "When I Think About Cheatin'" actually isn't bad, though. It's a shame that having to appeal to the crappiness of modern "country" radio caused her to wait until the third single to actually release a decent track that actually sounds like a country song. Or maybe that's just the only decent song she has...
