Anyone else get achy from Makers Mark?
I love the taste of this stuff - its so much smoother than Jim Beam or other bourbons (FTR, Jack Daniels is Tennesee Sipping Whiskey, not bourbon.)

But every time I drink it, about 20 minutes later I get all achy and feel like I'm coming down with a fever.

Anyone else get this?

1. Maker's Mark
is damn good....I've never felt "achy"...but I've felt clumsy and stumbled around a bit...also did some dumbass shit that I can't remember, but I think that's the point.

5. In all seriousness..
do you have any allergies? Seems to me that you may be mildly allergic to something such as the wood that they age their batches in, or some other ingredient?

6. I've never had that problem
but then I always chew on the red wax before I drink it.

Actually I don't, but seriously don't have that problem I do get slight congestion occasionally, but that is the case with a lot of dark liquors
