To leave work or not leave work?
I was told I could go home if I want (I'm sick).

But earlier I had a speech from one of the old timers about how it was tradition that no matter how sick you were...you did your shift.

I don't wanna look like a pussy. So I'm staying.

3. How sick are you?
I mean, what's your problem? If you truly think you can stick around then go for it. But don't make yourself any sicker by staying.

One of the nasty ones...puffy eyes...hacking stuffy/runny nose. My head is all foggy so I'm saying weird shit.

6. Just remember to pass it on to
one of the Oldtimers before you go. That's traditional too.

9. Fuck tradition
if you're sick, go home and stop getting other people sick.

I really do hope you feel better though. Work is no place to be when you're sick.
You need a warm bed, some soup and plenty of liquids. Get better.

10. Go home. There is nothing noble about a tradition that gets others sick
also.

Go home. Get some rest. Get better.

12. Go Home.
My boss is the same way as the old timer.... never takes sick days, instead brings all his germs to the office - yeah, what an f'in martyr.
